​My home listing is outside of San Diego. How far can you travel? Although we are located in San Diego, CA, our real estate production film crew can travel anywhere in Southern California. A small travel fee would apply.

Do you have a 4k option available? Yes, we do and it can be added to any package for just $100.

Do you provide aerial photography? Our team can provide amazing high quality photography. However, we do not use drones so we're able to offer any aerial photography or videography. Please keep in mind that aerial view is not required for a great listing video.

How soon would I get the video? We guarantee do deliver all content within 72 hours of the shoot. There is also an option to get it within 24 hours for a small extra fee.

Can I choose background music for my video? Yes, you can. You just have to make sure this music can be used in videos for commercial purposes. Otherwise, the sound might be muted or there might be ads appearing in your video if you post it on social media.
